$200,000 For Brooklyn Woman Who Fell On Defective Sidewalk

Fred Schulman, Esq. recently settled a case for our client tripped and fell over a defective sidewalk in Brooklyn.

She sustained various injuries, and was required to undergo surgery on her knee. We sued the owner of the building adjoining the defective sidewalk. At his deposition, the owner of the adjoining building testified that the defect that our client tripped on had been there for at least 10 years, and that nothing was done to rectify it.

Shortly thereafter, the insurance company for the building settled the case with us for $200,000.
