Our client was a 62-year-old Chinese man struck by a milk box truck on his way to work in Queens. After being struck, the man was reported as being unconscious at the scene, later being pronounced dead at Elmhurst Hospital in Queens, NY.
Blitz Law Group hired a third-party pathologist to review the client's autopsy report. The report found the man was suffering significant pain before passing away at the hospital.
