Justin’s experience with successfully managing large caseloads of complex and high-profile negligence actions has garnered him recognition as a fierce trial lawyer and expert negotiator who successfully resolves cases in arbitration, mediation, courtroom negotiation, and trial.

Justin is a member of the Board of Directors of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association (NYSTLA). He is a past chair of NYSTLA’s Young Lawyers Committee. In addition to NYSTLA, Justin is a member of several other bar associations, including the American Association for Justice.

After being selected as  to the “Super Lawyers” list of “Rising Stars” for the years 2014 and 2015 and 2016, Justin has been selected 6 years in a row as a “Super Lawyer” for 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022. His cases have been chronicled in media throughout the world and has represented very high profile clients and celebrities who have been injured as a result of another’s negligence. 

Justin Blitz is a native of New York City and a graduate of the Elliott School of International Affairs at George Washington University. He received his legal training at New York Law School. He is admitted to practice law in the courts of the State of New York and in the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

When not in the courtroom, Justin lectures at Continuing Legal Education seminars throughout the country. He has lectured on a variety of topics including courtroom technology, trial tips and techniques, and strategies for maximizing the value of personal injury lawsuits. Justin’s legal lectures have been viewed by over 100,000 attorneys throughout the country and provide attorneys with mandatory continuing legal education (CLE) credit.
