Blitz Law Group Settles client’s car crash case for $310,000

Stephanie Mastrocola settled our client’s case for $310,000 for back in juries she sustained. Our client, a resident of Southampton NY was injured when the vehicle she was driving was struck by a car that pushed into our client’s car by a 3rd vehicle. Our client was stopped and was traveling in the opposite direction at the time of the crash. Our 70-year-old client was taken to the emergency room of Southampton Hospital and ended up sustaining injuries to her lumbar spine that required physical therapy and epidural steroid injections. Ms. Mastrocola was able to obtain the settlement of her case prior to the depositions of the parties shortly after the lawsuit was followed.
